When analysing the requirements and criteria specified in the Order in connection with the actions of heads of institutions in granting bonuses to medical practitioners and employees for working under COVID-19 conditions, the State Audit Office concludes that the requirements for hospitals and healthcare sector institutions, including the State Emergency Medical Service, in assessing the involvement of employees were interpretable and created an excessive administrative burden.
